    For Residential Property Loan more than RM1.0 million

    I will be able to offer this package as i tried for my customer last week and surprise me.. its approved.

    Flexi Loan with Free Moving Cost

    4.25 fixed for 5 years
    BLR – 2.0% for 6th yrs onwards

    And don’t forget, this is a flexi loan. Means that you can dump in whatever money you have once full drawdown.

    My advise is for businessman that need to have money for standby purpose.
    I am not a Agent and i am a permanent staff working in one of the local bank in Malaysia.
    Tie up only for 5 years and u cant find any less than 4.25% for 1st 5 years.

    Property Agent who has customer that is going to buy but concern about the interest rate. Do drop me a mail as well and i trust that together we will be able to assist your customer in loan approval on urgent basis for them to sign SPA.
